International Shipping Charges

Please read all of the following information. It explains how to make placing an International Order a pleasant and efficient experience.

We ship worldwide internationally on a daily basis, however the shipping rates calculated on our shopping cart are for USA only.

The cost to ship orders internationally are based on weight, size of parcel and also it's destination.

To estimate the cost of an international order, simply place your order on our web-site and fill in all required information.

Upon placing your order,you will automatically receive an e-mail giving you "CONFIRMATION of your order with an ORDER NUMBER" you will note however, the Shipping Charge on this Confirmation will be for U.S.A. Addresses ONLY. Your Credit Card will NOT be charged at this point. Please wait to receive a SECOND E-MAIL usually WITH-IN 12 HOURS which will inform you of your shipping options and rates and the EXACT TOTAL OF YOUR ORDER, WITH THESE NEW SHIPPING RATES . Again, your Credit Card will NOT be charged at this point. IMPORTANT: All international orders can only ship to the SAME ADDRESS AS THE BILL TO ADDRESS OF THE CARDHOLDER....no drop shipping to a different address / Business Address/ shipping container etc.

We DO NOT CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD or process the order until you e-mail us back to confirm the new shipping total and authorize us to go ahead with your order. We ONLY accept VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER for any International Order. We can not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS for any International Orders..

Once this charge has been approved, orders are usually received within 7 - 10 days depending on the country we are shipping to.

IMPORTANT: ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE EXEMPT FROM USA SALES TAX. HOWEVER SOME FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS DO CHARGE YOU THEIR SALES TAX (VAT) AND A COLLECTION FEE ON ANY FOREIGN PURCHASES. YOU MAY WANT TO ENQUIRE IF YOUR COUNTRY CHARGES ANY SUCH FEES PRIOR TO MAKING YOUR PURCHASE.

Remember, for your security no order is ever charged or processed until you authorize the charge.

If you choose not to have your order shipped, simply e-mail us back with your cancellation and your order and credit card information will be deleted from our system.
