The Border Store Sample Policy

Most wall paper samples offered on web-sites, often say "free samples", however when you "order" them, a "processing fee" and "shipping & handling" charge appears, so although it appears the "sample" is free, it doesn't necessarily mean it's totally free. More often than not, you will receive a 6" slither as your sample, which will NOT show the entire pattern repeat, nor all the colors of the design you are considering.

We have been in the wallpaper business for 40 years and know that no Company can give anything away for free and stay in business. However, we do believe we offer one of the "BEST" sampling policies in the business.

If you order a sample from OUR web-site, we will mail you a FULL 2 foot (24") sample. We do this because we know you'll need to see the whole pattern repeat. Also, a lot of customers use our Borders for craft projects, plaque making, picture making, cut-outs, decals etc. and they need the entire picture for their projects.

A 2 foot (24") sample will cost you ONLY $4.00 for each sample and this includes shipping & handling (USA addresses only ).

All samples must be ordered by telephone, during our regular business hours, (Mon - Sat 10.00a.m. - 5.30p.m. Pacific Standard Time).

If you want to place a sample order via e-mail, please give us the item (s) code number as shown on our web-site next to each product and be sure to include your NAME, ADDRESS AND A TELEPHONE NUMBER so we can call you back during our regular business hours. We will call you back to confirm your requested sample(s), your mailing address and to obtain your credit card information.

Please note: Some of our customized borders have 4 foot (48"), 6 foot (72"), or 12 foot (144") design repeats and samples of these designs are not available.
