Internet Return Policy
The Border Store firmly believes we have the "BEST" and "MOST REASONABLE" return policy in the industry today!
We do NOT charge a 25% - 35% restocking fee as most Companies do. In fact, we "only" charge you a minimal 10% restocking fee IF you returned your ENTIRE order. If so, you will receive a full refund and NOT a voucher or 'store credit'.
Remember, if you buy from The Border Store and return just a part of your order, there "IS NO RE-STOCKING" charge...Period!
Every product is first quality and is delivered in the manufacturers sealed shrink wrapped packaging and as long as your return has not be opened from this original packaging, you will receive a full refund, providing it is returned within the guide lines of our return policy listed below.
The only exception to this is our "CLEARANCE ITEMS / SALE ITEMS ETC" which are clearly stated with the appropriate wording.
We believe our Return Policy is more than fair and will enable you to purchase from us with even greater confidence.
- Only FULL UNOPENED ROLLS are returnable.
- ALL RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS must be made within
30 DAYS from date of invoice and you must present your original
- VERY IMPORTANT: If you return your entire purchase
of wallpaper/borders, murals, or any product purchased from us, a MINIMAL 10% restocking &
handling fee will be deducted from your return to cover our cost.
- Closeouts, special orders, sale items, or discontinued items
- Please note: If any order is returned to us as "Undeliverable" "Unclaimed" or "Refused Delivery", you will not be refunded the shipping & handling charge and the 10% re-stocking charge will still apply.
- All of our Products are manufactured under strict quality control, in the unlikely event you open one of our products and find a defect, please "DO NOT HANG THE ITEM". Simply notify us immediately by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org OR by telephone 714-901-6704 Mon thru Sat (PLEASE NOTE WE ARE BASED IN CALIFORNIA with a 3 hour East Coast time difference) and we will gladly replace or refund the full price you paid for the item including the S&H cost, once that item has been returned to us for inspection.
- VERY IMPORTANT: ALL Wallpapers, borders, murals, accent decals etc. ARE SHIPPED TO YOU IN THE MANUFACTURERS ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAPPED PLASTIC PACKAGING. IF YOU RETURN ANY ITEM WHICH HAS BEEN OPENED FROM THIS MANUFACTURERS ORIGINAL PLASTIC SHRINK WRAPPING,
(with the exception of #6 above), YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT ITEM AND IT WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO YOU UNLESS YOU PAY TO HAVE IT SHIPPED BACK TO YOU.

The Border Store recommends that all returns be insured against loss or damage.
